EL-ANAscr ELISA is designed to screen samples for the presence of a wide range of auto-antibodies with known clinical significance, including DNA, Sm, RNP/Sm, SSA, SSB, histone, Scl-70, Jo-1, centromere, etc. This test detects auto-antibodies, which give all known F-ANA patterns. It has a unique dual design in 2 wells (A: purified antigens, and B: HEp-2 nuclei) for maximum sensitivity. The test kits are 96-well ELISA-based, and the test is IgG-specific.
